Stem cell enriched breast augmentation should ideally be viewed as an extension of vaser liposuction as it is the fat removal that constitutes the bulk of the treatment and overall procedure cost. The actual stem cell fat administration is relatively straightforward process taking about 45 minutes. Hence the ideal candidates are those that are keen to lose stubborn areas of fat from areas such as the thighs, abdomen and love handles together with the desire for fuller, firmer breasts. This should therefore be viewed as two treatments in one. Both Vaser liposuction and stem cells administration are performed under local anesthetic as day surgery. Typical treatments take 2-3 hours. A small amount is fat is taken during the initial stages of the vaser treatment. The stem and other regenerative (ADR) cells are then extracted from the fat by a process of washing, enzymatic digestion and filtration using the Celution processing system (which takes about 90 mins). During this time the vaser treatment is finished. Following the vaser treatment, the ADR cells and refined fat are then administered under local aesthetic into and around the breast with a small needle and canula this is essentially the same technique as used with Macrolane.
