What happens if I put on weight?

Although it is highly recommenced to try and maintain your weight after your treatment, it is possible to gain up to 8-10 Kgs before you notice any change in your appearance. This is because the superficial fat is removed and the muscle prominence is carved out with the HiDef technique. Any mild weight fluctuations are therefore not noticed as the extra fat is either immediately processed or evenly distributed around you body.
